How the Ukrainian brand Club 4 Paws became one of the top three most recognized pet food brands in Lithuania — Kormotech’s transformation story
How can a Ukrainian brand challenge multinational players and secure a spot among Lithuania's top three most recognized pet food brands?
Vasyl Yatsyshyn, Director of Mass-Market Brand Management at Kormotech, will share the answer at the Business Wisdom Summit on April 11.
This annual event brings together entrepreneurs, CEOs, and top managers to exchange practical business transformation strategies.
Club 4 Paws, a premium pet food brand for cats and dogs, has been present in Lithuania since 2015. However, active brand communication, including TV campaigns, began only in 2022. That year, the team also started measuring brand awareness, which was just 1%.
Club 4 Paws grew that number by 30% in less than three years. Today, the brand ranks among the three most recognized in the Lithuanian market.
How was this achieved? Vasyl Yatsyshyn will reveal the strategy behind the success.
