From Local Producer to Global Player: Kormotech at the V Business Transformation Conference

"In 2014, as the world was changing, we decided to adapt and change the game's rules. This decision became our key to the European market," said Ihor Paranyak, COO of Kormotech, during the V Business Transformation Conference in Kyiv. This year’s forum was themed “Directors of Transformations: How Ukrainian Business is Changing Markets and Industries.”

Ihor shared the story of Kormotech’s transformation from a local producer to a global player. Throughout this journey, every crisis became a springboard for new opportunities. One such opportunity was investing in production facilities in Lithuania. Today, Kormotech’s factories produce over 100,000 tons of pet food annually for clients across nearly the entire globe.

The company continues to move forward. By 2028, Kormotech aims to enter the top 30 largest pet food manufacturers worldwide.
