Kormotech CEO and Co-founder Rostyslav Vovk Named a National Finalist for EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year

On April 9, SUP Day Forum Kyiv 2026 took place in Kyiv, bringing together more than 350 entrepreneurs, business founders, and thought leaders.

During the discussion “What We Leave Behind: When an Entrepreneur Invests in the Country’s Future,” Kormotech Co-owner and CEO Rostyslav Vovk shared his perspective on how business can support education, foster responsible leadership, and help shape the country’s future.

Optimeal, a Kormotech brand, has introduced a new Daily Wellbeing Grain-Free Wet Cat Food line, now available exclusively in the United States. The new products were showcased at Global Pet Expo 2026 in Orlando, FL, the premier annual event for the U.S. pet industry.

Cats are known for having strong preferences, and the new Optimeal Daily Wellbeing line was created with that in mind. The range includes eight grain-free wet recipes and three variety packs, featuring visible cuts of real chicken breast, turkey breast, beef liver, or shrimp served in savory gravy or delicate gelée.

On March 26, the Forbes Exporters Summit took place in Kyiv, bringing together over 300 participants and more than 30 speakers – CEOs and entrepreneurs scaling Ukrainian companies internationally. The event was organized by Forbes Ukraine.

Among the speakers was Rostyslav Vovk, CEO and co-owner of Kormotech. He presented on the topic “Global Appetite: the path to becoming a Top 20 European producer.

Last week, Lviv hosted the HR Rendezvous 2026 forum, bringing together HR leaders and business practitioners to discuss how corporate culture in Ukraine is evolving.

One of the key highlights was the panel discussion, “The Cultural Vector of the Ukrainian Employer 2026,” moderated by Olena Dmyterko, HR Director at Kormotech.
