Kormotech supported the "Heroes of hromadske 2024" award
This year, Kormotech became a partner of the "Volunteer of the Year" nomination as part of the "Heroes of hromadske 2024" award, which honors those who selflessly work to improve the world. One of the award recipients was Oleksiy Yukov, a man who has been evacuating the fallen from the frontlines for 24 years. In his challenging work, even four-legged companions lend their assistance.
As a reminder, this year, hromadske recognized 11 heroes for its 11th anniversary. This tradition was established last year when the award was first presented on Hromadske's 10th anniversary to celebrate those who achieve the impossible and inspire the nation.
The awardees are military personnel, medics, veterans, volunteers, artists, athletes, and entrepreneurs. These individuals demonstrate that unity, resilience, and faith have the power to change the world.
The winners were selected by the hromadske team in collaboration with readers. The criteria for evaluating nominees included achievements in their field, impact on societal processes, active civic engagement, leadership, and integrity.
