Kormotech Triumphs with 'Best Corporate Culture' Award

Recently Kormotech received the "Best Corporate Culture" award among leading employers.

The award was presented during the HR Wisdom Summit 2024, annually organized by the business media bureau ekonomika+.

By the way, at the event, Alina Smyshliak-Boroda, the Chief Reputation Officer at Kormotech, participated in the panel discussion "Sustainable Business During Wartime — About Values That Protect."

Values have always been at the core of our corporate culture: these values remain unchanged from the first-generation founders to the current co-owners. As a family business, Kormotech creates an ecosystem centered on respect for people and animals.

We are an example of a corporate culture that is not artificially formed. It naturally cascades from the values of the business owners. The formulation of values may change, but their core remains constant.

Optimeal, a Kormotech brand, has introduced a new Daily Wellbeing Grain-Free Wet Cat Food line, now available exclusively in the United States. The new products were showcased at Global Pet Expo 2026 in Orlando, FL, the premier annual event for the U.S. pet industry.
