Great stories begin with brave but straightforward steps. Rostyslav Vovk met with the Karpinsky Foundation scholarship recipients

Rostyslav Vovk, CEO and co-owner of Kormotech, met in Stryi, Lviv region, with the scholarship recipients studying under the Karpinsky Foundation program.

Rostyslav spoke about doubts, early career decisions, mistakes, and how they shaped his experience. “Sometimes it’s enough to simply take the first step – even if you don’t yet know where it will lead,” he says.

Kormotech supports such initiatives because we believe the most valuable investment is in young people who aren’t afraid to think, ask questions, search for their path, and keep going even after the first mistake.

A reminder: the Karpinsky Foundation is a charitable organization that supports teenagers through scholarships and educational programs and helps volunteers and civic and state organizations working toward positive social change.
