Save Pets of Ukraine becomes U-Hearts

The Save Pets of Ukraine initiative has changed its name and will now operate under a single brand — U-Hearts (NGO “U-Hearts Ukraine”).

This step is a natural continuation of its growth. In Ukraine, the project was known as Save Pets of Ukraine, while abroad it operated as U-Hearts Foundation — a charity organization that mobilized international aid for Ukrainian animals.

Now, both local and international efforts are united under one name — to ensure complete clarity, transparency, and efficiency for beneficiaries, donors, and partners.

Over the past 3.5 years, U-Hearts has evolved from a volunteer-driven effort into a comprehensive platform that unites the animal welfare community, supports shelters and volunteers, promotes responsible pet ownership, and encourages adoption.

Since March 2022, the initiative has grown significantly — in both scale and impact — while staying focused on its core mission: driving systemic change to improve animal welfare.

U-Hearts believes that the world becomes better when people and animals coexist in trust, care, and responsibility — not out of pity, but as equal co-inhabitants of a shared world.
The organization’s mission is to give meaning to human kindness — transforming emotion into action that changes lives.
The U-Hearts team is a force committed to transforming the way people and animals coexist — for the better.
