Rostyslav Vovk is among the nominees for Forbes Ukraine’s “Entrepreneur of the Year 2025”

Over the past year, our company increased its revenue to $162.7 million. We export our products to more than 50 countries and continue to develop new tools to grow our business in Ukraine and abroad. 

2025 has been a year of decisions and action. We laid the foundation for a second plant in Lithuania – for wet food production in the city of Kėdainiai. Our brand Club 4 Paws became the most valuable premium pet food brand in Ukraine and entered the top 3 most recognized pet food brands in Lithuania — our second home market. Kormotech also joined the TOP-20 largest pet food manufacturers in Europe.

We set a record for a new product launch – in just 13 months, we completed the full cycle of launching the Chef’s Menu line (under the Delickcious brand in partnership with Chef Yevhen Klopotenko) – from idea to store shelves.

In 2025, we launched a B2B portal for pet stores, which already has over 200 clients.

In product development, the company adopted the Stage Gate Model – a step-by-step framework for managing new product launches, in which each stage passes through clearly defined “gates,” or decision points. This makes the process transparent and predictable at every level. And all of this is the result of a great team's work.

In 2023, Kormotech co-owners Rostyslav and Olena Vovk received the “Family Business of the Year” award in the “Entrepreneur of the Year 2023” category, for the development of Kormotech and Enzym Group.
