Kormotech Scales Digital Transformation: SAP, Cybersecurity, and AI for Business Decisions

Kormotech continues its digital transformation to scale its global business without sacrificing quality, transparency, or decision-making speed.

“We are building a global business not through separate tools, but through a systematic approach to processes and team operations. For us, every stage must be transparent, remove barriers to decisions, and support scaling without compromising quality,” said Andrii Romanenko, Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Kormotech, during Ukrainian ERP Forum Online 2026.

A key step in this transformation is Kormotech’s transition to SAP. The platform creates a unified management logic - from strategy to daily operations. It helps standardize processes, work with consistent data, and align decisions across the whole organization.

Kormotech does not adapt the new system to outdated processes. The company transforms its processes in line with global practices. This creates a foundation for long-term growth, not just short-term optimization.

Cybersecurity is another major focus. Fragmented or outdated solutions create vulnerabilities across the entire business architecture. A systematic approach to technology helps reduce risks and strengthen business resilience.

Kormotech is implementing SAP together with Tieto, an international company with more than 25,000 specialists. This partnership requires more complex coordination, but gives the company access to global expertise and best practices.

Andrii Romanenko continued the topic of digital transformation at Forbes AI Day 2026, “AI for Leaders.” According to him, Kormotech uses artificial intelligence to solve specific business tasks with measurable results.

One practical case is the use of AI to review packaging design. The system analyzes texts in multiple languages and helps detect errors more quickly. This improves product quality and reduces risks before launch.

At the same time, the company invests in internal expertise. Around 300 employees of Kormotech and Enzym have already completed AI training. Some of them have become drivers of AI adoption in their business areas.

Digital transformation helps Kormotech work with unified data, speed up decision-making, and scale effectively into new markets - both in Ukraine and abroad.
