Kormotech Group Of Companies strengthens its position in the Estonian market

Kormotech has become the first Ukrainian pet food producer to enter Estonia. 

The company has partnered with one of the country’s largest distributors to ensure wide-scale distribution of its brands across the market.

Kormotech Group of Companies aims to cover all distribution channels in Estonia effectively. To achieve this, it signed an agreement with one of the region’s leading distributors. The partner is responsible for driving sales in traditional retail and specialised pet stores, as well as supporting the company’s entry into e-commerce.

Having our brands in the country’s major national retail chains is the result of synergy between professional distribution, marketing support, and our strategic focus,” says Maksym Tsymbal, Country Manager for the Baltic Region.

Today, the Estonian market offers several Kormotech Group of Companies brands — Optimeal, Club 4 Paws, Delickcious, and My Love. My Love, in particular, is seeing rapid growth. Following its redesign, the brand achieved high recognition and quickly secured a strong presence in retail chains. For the first time in the region, a digital campaign was launched for My Love, featuring placements on national online platforms and outdoor advertising in Tallinn. This campaign drove substantial sales growth and sparked retailer requests to expand the range.

The Estonian team is also working to scale up the company’s presence in online channels and specialised retail. Online sales have already started via the local distributor’s platform.

One unique aspect of the Estonian market is that it is “cat-oriented,” unlike Lithuania and Latvia, which traditionally lean toward dogs. Kormotech Group of Companies is adapting its product portfolio in line with local consumer insights.
