“It’s Our 8th Time!” Kormotech at Interzoo 2026
Kormotech once again joined Interzoo, the world’s largest international trade fair for the pet supplies industry, held in Nuremberg, Germany, from May 12–15, 2026.
Today, Interzoo is a key global meeting point for the pet care industry, where long-term trends are shaped, partnerships are formed, and the category's future is discussed.
For Kormotech, this journey started in 2012. “In 2010, we had a dream to be present at Interzoo. By 2012, we were already there for the first time. We were a very small team back then – fewer than 10 people at our stand – but full of ambition,” recalls Ihor Blystiv, Chief Marketing Officer at Kormotech.
From that first participation to a 200+ square-meter stand and a team of more than 50 people today, Kormotech’s presence at Interzoo reflects steady international growth and a long-term commitment to the global pet food market. Today, Kormotech products are present in more than 50 countries worldwide, supported by a team of over 1,500 pet lovers.
The company showcased its key brands – Optimeal, Club 4 Paws, Delickcious, and My Love – alongside its private label portfolio. With over 10 years of experience in private label production, Kormotech continues to develop tailored solutions for retail partners worldwide. The launch of a new wet food production facility in Lithuania further strengthens its manufacturing capacity and opens new opportunities for international cooperation.
This year, Interzoo 2026 gathered around 2,400 exhibitors across 15 halls and 150,000 square meters of exhibition space, alongside a rich program of conferences, stage discussions, and industry events.
“The market has slowed down due to global uncertainty, pushing companies to rethink strategies and focus on optimization. At the same time, Kormotech is now seen as a strong industry voice – partners come not only to meet us, but to exchange expertise and discuss trends,” says Vasyl Yatsyshyn, Mass Market Brands Director at Kormotech.
According to Mykola Deviatov, Head of Sales for South-Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa, this year’s Interzoo reflected both market growth and rising competition, especially in the wet pet food segment. “The market is growing, and competition is intensifying, particularly in wet food. This pushes us to develop faster and continuously improve for both consumers and partners. Our new and upcoming launches in Delickcious, Club 4 Paws, and Optimeal focus on better nutrition and more precise segmentation by pets’ needs. Overall, our portfolio demonstrates that we understand the market and remain a strong, reliable partner,” says Mykola.
Kormotech’s Chief Supply Chain Officer and Head of Sales in Western Europe, Ulyana Fitsa, joined leaders from Mars Petcare and Volare Solutions to discuss visibility, bias, and leadership challenges in the industry at the Women in Petfood Leadership panel, organized by the renowned media Petfood Industry. “I always remember that I represent not only myself, but also Kormotech and Ukraine. Everything I say and do shapes how people perceive both,” shared Ulyana.
At the Kormotech stand, visitors also met the U-Hearts Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting animals in Ukraine and providing international assistance, particularly in war-affected regions.
Interzoo remains an important platform for us to connect, exchange knowledge, and build long-term partnerships in the global pet food industry. The Kormotech team thanks the Interzoo organizers and partners for another successful edition. See you in 2028!
