Pets across the country have become hostages of Russia’s war against Ukraine. Countless animals are deprived of access to food and veterinary services. Many have been abandoned on the streets, and shelters have been left on the brink of survival. 

In 2014, Kormotech launched a nationwide Don’t Leave Us in the ATO initiative, aimed at supporting the owners and guardians of abandoned animals in the war zone. 

The team working at the Lviv communal enterprise “Lev” is helping us to develop a culture of pet ownership. We provide food for the shelter.

Kormotech cares about not only the development of the industry, but also those living locally. The Prylbychi village community, in the region of Lviv, has been our partner since the construction of our first plants. 95% of our employees are residents of nearby villages and towns. 

This loyalty programme promoting humane treatment of animals and the development of the pet industry and animal welfare is designed for volunteers who care for homeless animals, and was launched on the basis of our values. It is the first discount programme in Ukraine for fosterers and shelters for cats and dogs.
