SAVE PETS OF UKRAINE
Pets across the country have become hostages of Russia’s war against Ukraine. Countless animals are deprived of access to food and veterinary services. Many have been abandoned on the streets, and shelters have been left on the brink of survival.
Pets across the country have become hostages of Russia’s war against Ukraine. Countless animals are deprived of access to food and veterinary services. Many have been abandoned on the streets, and shelters have been left on the brink of survival.
In the first days of the full-scale invasion by Russian troops, we launched the Save Pets of Ukraine initiative. We created a headquarters especially for the cause, to centralize efforts and help solve the problems faced by pet owners, animal volunteers and shelters, in particular access to pet food and medicines, logistics, etc.
The team offers non-stop support and is continuously dispatching humanitarian food parcels. Logistics in the regions where fighting is still active is extremely difficult. But we are continuing our work.
