Our facilities include three high-tech pet food production plants. Two of them are located in an ecologically clean area in the Lviv region (Ukraine), and the third is a wet feed production plant in Kėdainiai (Lithuania).

Over the past 10 years, Kormotech has been selling its products to 44 countries. We export feed to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries.

Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development, presentation and control of all trade marketing activities in all sales channels.
- Participation in the development and control of compliance with merchandising standards by brands and sales channels.
- Participation in negotiations with new partners in all sales channels on the marketing side to effectively implement the marketing strategy in the country and meet the partner's needs.
- Participation in the development and implementation of the country marketing strategy both in terms of developing brand knowledge and ensuring the implementation of the sales plan for the focus country.
- Participation in budgeting. Control over the budget implementation for the full and effective work of the direction (department) (including control over the marketing expenses of the team on a monthly basis, maintaining a report on expenses and their correlation with the planned budget)
- Approval of the number and control over compliance with the standards of presence in outlets. Audit of points of sale to monitor the implementation of targets.
- Collection of equipment needs, control over its ordering and production. Preparation of quarterly reports on the installed equipment.
- Ordering and reporting on the branding of outlets in the country (from setting the task to the designer to the final gluing and photo report. Keeps reporting on branding in the country.
- Ensure translation and adaptation of all POSMs and other materials that help to promote the product into the language of the focus country.
- Analysing competitors in all channels in the market. Formation of a price monitoring on a quarterly basis.

Experience and additional skills:
- Bachelor or master in marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages.
- Strong knowledge of the consumer industry.
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends.

-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Good organization and planning skills.
