Responsibilities:
-Manage relationships with key retail;
-Negotiate annual contracts, promo activities, and product listings;
-Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities;
-Ensure the execution of trade marketing activities and price positioning;
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, marketing, finance).

Experience and additional skills:
- 3+ years of experience in key account management or sales in FMCG;
- Higher education in business, marketing, or a related field;
- Experience working with major retail chains in Bulgaria;
-Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Fluency in the Bulgarian language. Intermediate level of English and above;
- Readiness for frequent business trips.
