Purpose of the Position:
• To ensure the effective execution of the company's strategy by leading transformation initiatives, managing strategic business process improvement projects, shifting work approaches, and fostering a culture of strategic thinking.
• The role focuses on launching strategy execution tools and driving progress across all functional areas.
• Contributing to the development of a strong project culture within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Strategy Implementation
• Develop a comprehensive transformation strategy.
• Translate the company's strategic goals into concrete projects, initiatives, and KPIs.
• Create clear transformation roadmaps with defined milestones, resource allocation, and expected outcomes. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, complexity, and risk.
• Monitor strategic progress, including the tracking of KPIs. Establish a system for monitoring key performance indicators and provide regular updates on the status of initiatives.
• Initiate strategic reviews and contribute to the development of new strategies or business models in response to changes in the internal or external environment.
Transformation Portfolio Management
• Identify organizational, process, and financial bottlenecks; evaluate operating models and processes; and pinpoint barriers to strategy execution using best practices.
• Lead and coordinate the Transformation Office, establishing project management standards.
• Manage the PMO as a core unit within the Transformation Office.
• Provide methodological oversight for the portfolio of strategic projects: support project initiation, offer expert consulting, and monitor execution, including resource, budget, and timeline planning.
• Utilize modern project management methodologies and tools.
Change Management
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support strategic goals.
• Design and execute a stakeholder engagement framework and a transparent reporting system for stakeholders and the board, based on metrics and KPIs.
• Identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead the implementation of new methodologies, management systems, automation tools, and cultural change initiatives required to enable strategy execution.
Business Process Management
• Analyze and optimize business processes by identifying inefficiencies, duplication, and bottlenecks. Design and implement new or improved processes aligned with strategic priorities.
Experience and additional skills:
• Proven experience in managing transformational or strategic projects within FMCG, marketing, or production companies (PMO, consulting, strategic management).
• Strong understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and organizational development.
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in modern analysis techniques, project management methodologies, and business process modeling.
• University degree; an MBA is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and inspire stakeholders.
