“Young thinkers and change-makers are the energy of transformation.” – Alina Smyshliak to ULA students
When driven youth meet business leaders to talk "without ties" or complex jargon, true magic always happens. This was precisely the case at the Ukrainian Leadership Academy – a meeting that was lively, authentic, and incredibly sincere.
Alina Smyshliak, our Chief Reputation Officer, visited the students for an inspiring motivational session.
The UAL community is a unique "formative" platform for teenagers who seek to shape their own future consciously. The Academy's mission is to develop a new generation of Ukrainians who feel a sense of responsibility for their country and are ready to lead their communities. This is why meetings with practitioners, business owners, and opinion leaders are so valuable – they provide students with real-world guidance and insights from those already changing the world.
Together with Alina, the students dove into the worlds of communication and innovation. They covered everything from how a company navigates reputation challenges to the future of the pet food industry. They even discussed bold trends like vegan pet products and how, step by step, we are collectively transforming the culture of pet care.
The most valuable takeaway was the students' genuine interest in the role of business in society. This new generation wants to see companies not just as manufacturers, but as drivers of positive transformation.
We are delighted to participate in such events and support the Academy’s initiatives. Kormotech CEO Rostyslav Vovk and Olena Vovk, co-owners of Kormotech and Enzym Group, are patrons of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy (ULA) and actively support its regional branches across various cities.
Our thanks to the UAL team for this warm dialogue and incredible energy. See you in Kyiv and Lviv – there is much more to come!
