Responsibilities:
• Search and analysis of Pet Food market data in Central and Western Europe.
• Organization of deliveries.
• Team building and effective team management.
• Development and implementation of pricing policy in export markets.
• Coordination, support and enforcement of contractual terms with customers.
• Achieving, maintaining and developing effective communications with customers.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets.
• Participation in international exhibitions of the Pet Food market.
• Effective planning and budget control of the direction.
• Implementation of the marketing strategy and support of the sales system in the markets under the area of responsibility.
• Development of commercial presentation material.

Experience and additional skills:
• Master's degree in the sales sphere.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in team management.
• Understanding of the sales process from the stage of establishing cooperation to the stage of delivery.
• Knowledge of English at B2 level and high.
• Knowledge of currency and financial, credit, insurance, and other terms of international contracts and settlements.
• Knowledge of international trade standards and forms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
