Our facilities include three high-tech pet food production plants. Two of them are located in an ecologically clean area in the Lviv region (Ukraine), and the third is a wet feed production plant in Kėdainiai (Lithuania).

Over the past 10 years, Kormotech has been selling its products to 44 countries. We export feed to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve the best possible ROI.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including search, display (GDN), and social media.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with e-com managers about promotion activities and with the marketing team to ensure alignment between ad creatives and marketing goals.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad tactics, targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages for improved campaign outcomes.
• Manage and monitor the budget for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Report on KPIs such as revenue, CRR, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness continuously.

Experience and additional skills:
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid performance advertising.
• Study of informatics, business economics, or comparable education.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and familiarity with tracking and reporting tools.
• Preferably experience with data feed management tools.
• Fluent language skills in English and preferably one further European language.
• Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in optimizing campaigns for better performance and ROI.
