Kormotech is an international company with Ukrainian roots that creates high-quality products for cats and dogs. We are the market leader in Ukraine in terms of sales and are ranked 49th among the world's 50 largest pet food producers (in the Top Companies ranking by Petfood Industry).

Our facilities include three high-tech pet food production plants. Two of them are located in an ecologically clean area in the Lviv region (Ukraine), and the third is a wet feed production plant in Kėdainiai (Lithuania).

Over the past 10 years, Kormotech has been selling its products to 44 countries. We export feed to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries

Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms and retailers.
• Develop and execute joint marketing and promotional campaigns with partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Align partnership activities with business goals to support market expansion and revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Support market entry efforts by identifying and collaborating with local e-commerce partners in new regions.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and alignment with the company's objectives.
• Resolve conflicts and improve partnership processes to maintain positive and productive relationships.

Experience and additional skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales business.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce partnerships or similar roles in sales or business development.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic understanding of
• e-commerce analytics tools.
• Fluent language skills in English and preferably one further European language.
• Ability to align partnership activities with overall business strategy.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in partnership agreements.
