Key Account Manager
Kormotech is an international company with Ukrainian roots that creates high-quality products for cats and dogs. We are the market leader in Ukraine in terms of sales and are ranked 49th among the world's 50 largest pet food producers (in the Top Companies ranking by Petfood Industry).
Our facilities include three high-tech pet food production plants. Two of them are located in an ecologically clean area in Lviv region (Ukraine), and the third is a wet feed production plant in Kėdainiai (Lithuania).
Over the past 10 years, Kormotech has been selling its products to 44 countries. We export feed to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries.

Обов'язки:
-Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key clients, including Kaufland and Lidl;
-Identify customer needs and adapt proposals to their expectations;
-Conducting sales negotiations and preparing proposals and contracts;
-Monitoring sales performance and analysing their compliance with targets;
-Identifying new business opportunities and developing development strategies;
-Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors' activities;
-Controlling the budget allocated for the implementation of sales activities;
-Coordination of projects and initiatives related to key accounts;
-Preparation of regular reports on commercial activities and their results;
-Representing the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings;
-Taking care of the company's positive image and brand building in the market.
Досвід і додаткові навички:
-At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pet food sector or related industries;
-Strategic thinking in planning sales and marketing activities, taking into account the company's long-term goals;
-Proactive approach, especially in finding alternative solutions;
-Ability to represent the company at international exhibitions and effectively negotiate with key clients;
-High personal culture, proactivity and result orientation;
-Exceptional analytical skills and Excel proficiency;
-Ability to collaborate effectively on projects with colleagues from different departments in a multicultural environment;
-English language skills at least B2 level is a must;
-Willingness to travel on business trips.
