NV: Cases of victory and new markets. 10 Ukrainian companies invested millions in growth and emerged victorious during the war
NV tells the stories of ten companies, including Kormotech, that, even during the war, invested large sums of money in their development and expanded their market presence — from restaurateurs and IT specialists to honey sellers and dog and cat food manufacturers.
Kormotech did not halt its investment in expansion, preserved and grew its teams in Ukraine and abroad, and continued digitalization. The company is investing in modernizing and developing wet pet food production capacities: at its Lithuanian plant (by 25%) and its Ukrainian plant (by 65%).
And this year, Kormotech plans to enter the global top 50 pet food manufacturers.

MMR: Look 4 Paws showcases four-pawed personalities and promotes the adoption of mixed-breed animals
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the number of stray animals has increased by 40% in rear areas and up to 100% in frontline regions in 2022. Many animals that were previously outside the risk zone ended up in shelters: they were lost during the evacuation, left abandoned, or lost their owners, who perished due to the actions of the Russians.
Finding new homes for these four-pawed companions has become exceedingly challenging due to the excessive growth in the number of animals in shelters. That's why the brand CLUB 4 PAWS by Kormotech launched the international initiative "Adopt Pets of Ukraine" with the communication agency Postmen in 2022. In 2023, the industry rebranded and moved to a new digital platform, Look 4 Paws.
